Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- All orders are made-to-order and processed in the order they are received.
- Please allow 7-14 business days for production and handling before shipment on standard orders. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification with your tracking information.
Shipping Locations:
- We currently only ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
- If you have specific inquiries about international orders, please contact us at alphavisuals3d@gmail.com.
Shipping Carriers:
- We ship orders via UPS and USPS, depending on the most efficient delivery method for your location.
Delivery Times:
- Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after the order has been processed.
- Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be longer.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please allow 2-4 hours for the tracking information to update after the shipment is processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Alpha3D is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
- If you experience issues with lost packages, reach out to us at alphavisuals3d@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged or Delayed Shipments:
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other unforeseen events outside of our control.
