Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused, in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return:

- We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error).

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (defective or damaged product).
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
